Step 1: Contributor Agreement

Global Independent Contractor Agreement
This agreement establishes you as an independent contractor (not employee) working from anywhere in the world. Key points:
Phase 1 (Year 1): Volunteer Recognition - Public credits, portfolio rights, priority for Phase 2
Phase 2 (Years 2-3): 2% annual net revenue pool distributed by contribution points
Phase 3 (Year 4+): 5% annual net revenue pool for long-term core contributors
IP Assignment: All work product assigned to Feerebu Studios
Governing Law: Prince Edward Island, Canada

1. SERVICES AND CONTRIBUTION PHASES
Contributor will provide software development services ("Services") according to:
Phase 1 (Year 1): Volunteer Recognition
- Services on volunteer basis
- Compensation: Public recognition, portfolio rights, Phase 2 priority
Phase 2 (Years 2-3): Revenue Share
- 2% of Net Revenue pool per year, allocated by contribution points
- Minimum 20 points per quarter to remain active
Phase 3 (After Year 3): Long-term Core
- 5% of Net Revenue pool per year
- Formal "Core Contributor" role with salary priority
2. COMPENSATION AND POINTS
Net Revenue = gross revenue minus payment processing, refunds, hosting.
Contribution points system:
- Tasks: 1-5 points based on complexity
- Points awarded when PR merged
- Quarterly minimum: 20 points to qualify for revenue share
Payouts: Quarterly via PayPal/Wise (minimum $50 USD)
3. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
Contributor is NOT an employee. Responsible for:
- All local taxes and compliance
- Own equipment and tools
- Setting own hours and methods
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Contributor assigns ALL rights to Feerebu Studios.
Waives all moral rights worldwide.
5. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate with 14 days notice.
2 inactive quarters = demotion to Phase 2.
